LexisNexis is a prominent global provider of legal, regulatory and business information analytics. Helping professionals enhance productivity and decision-making. It serves a diverse clientele, including law firms, corporations and government entities by offering tools that improve case management, brand monitoring and risk mitigation as part of the RELX Group.LexisNexis operates in over 130 countries and employs around 10.000 people worldwide.LexisNexis required a experienced software delivery partner to create a specific ISV-module to support the legal vertical in Dynamics 365. We were selected to deliver this Dynamics add-on.

What we did

The Vannda team was effectively deployed as internal product team responsible for requirements gathering, product management, software development and implementation into LexisNexis customers. Including pre-sales, customer satisfaction and support. The ISV developed was providing timecard functionality and enabled improvement of the overall billing process.

Results of our work

We managed the full process for LexisNexis customers in UK, France, Italy, USA, Germany, Ireland and Hong Kong.The ISV-product was successful and was spun off from LexisNexis in a sale of the product to another Microsoft Partner.
